Job summary

Blue Cross NC seeks a senior leader to provide advanced business and operational leadership for Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement initiatives. You will partner with executives to drive growth, profitability, and member experience through Medicare value levers, including Risk Adjustment, Star Ratings, CAHPS, and provider performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Business and Strategic Planning processes to support Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement growth and performance.
• Coordinate departmental events and leadership planning sessions to improve outcomes.
• Monitor performance and key Medicare value drivers such as Risk Adjustment, Star Ratings, and CAHPS.
• Lead or support projects evaluating cost reductions and efficiency gains.
• Develop and present initiative progress to ILT and Senior Leadership.
