Job summary
Florida Blue is seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Consultant to drive growth in the Medicare Sales organization with program leadership and SME responsibilities. The role emphasizes strategy, cross-functional leadership, budget ownership and executive reporting.
You will analyze sales and membership data, develop dashboards and deliver presentations to Medicare leadership. Travel to multiple locations is expected; the position offers a hybrid work arrangement to balance in-office engagement with
Qualifications
- 6+ years related work experience; Medicare sales preferred
- Bachelor's degree or additional related equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of operational processes for Medicare sales
- Experience in developing strategies and overseeing projects
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from strategy to execution including project socialization and meetings
- Develop and maintain project artifacts (Charters, SIPOC, RACI, Timelines)
- Analyze and synthesize sales/membership data to identify issues and opportunities
- Create and present dashboards and reports (Performance vs Plan, regional, channel)
- Collaborate with Product Development, Enterprise Marketing, and Sales teams
