Job summary

Blue Cross NC is seeking a senior leader to provide advanced business and operational support for Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement lines. You will drive strategic planning, budgeting, reporting, and initiatives focused on risk adjustment, stars, CAHPS, and provider performance.

You will build repeatable processes, manage cross-functional events, monitor performance and value drivers, and lead projects with external partners to improve efficiency, growth, and member experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree (where required).
• 5+ years of experience in related field.
• In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Build and facilitate repeatable business management processes that support Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement growth, profitability, compliance, and performance.
• Lead coordination and facilitation of departmental events to improve effectiveness and outcomes.
• Partner with leadership to monitor performance and key Medicare value drivers.
• May produce segment business plans and analysis under guidance from Segment Lead.
• Facilitate adoption of SOPs and communicate new SOPs outside the department.
• Lead special projects, evaluate opportunities, and coordinate data gathering and research.
