Job summary

Lodgify is seeking a Senior Regional Marketing Specialist for the United States market. The role is based at our Barcelona HQ with travel to the U.S. for key events and partner meetings.

You will drive growth end-to-end and collaborate with Product Management to align the roadmap with market insights. This position offers high autonomy to build a full growth engine, engineer automated workflows, and lead regional campaigns across content, paid, CRM lifecycle, partnerships, and events.

Qualifications

• 6-9 years of growth or regional marketing experience
• Generalist growth skill set across content/SEO, paid acquisition, lifecycle CRM
• Hands-on experience building automated workflows and growth systems
• Proven ability to build quantitative business cases and ROI models
• Strong analytical skills for market data and competitive positioning
• Experience designing activation, onboarding, and churn-reduction programs
• Proven negotiation with trade associations or industry partners
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel to the U.S. while based in Spain

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the U.S. regional growth strategy and budget
• Build ROI models for strategic initiatives and channel investments
• Develop regional segmentation and tailored playbooks for U.S. markets
• Lead full-funnel marketing programs across content, paid, CRM, social, partnerships and events
• Build automated growth systems using n8n, Zapier, or similar
• Gather competitive intelligence and convert insights into positioning/pricing
• Partner with Product Management to connect user feedback to roadmap
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships with U.S. hospitality associations
• Manage external agencies and mentor junior staff
• Summarize market performance for executive briefings
