Bedrock Robotics Inc. is seeking a Fleet Operations Regional Manager for the Central Region, centered in Dallas, TX.

You will build and lead a distributed team of Fleet Technicians, drive reliability metrics, and serve as the operational owner between Bedrock and regional customers. You will bring hands-on electromechanical expertise and a proven leadership track record in field service, with a focus on safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in field service or fleet operations with supervisory experience.
• Geographically distributed teams across multiple states/regions.
• Hands-on electromechanical/robotics background.
• Proven track record improving reliability KPIs (uptime, MTTR, MTBF).
• Strong communication with enterprise customers.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Aufgaben

• Lead a distributed team of Fleet Technicians across the Central Region (10+ states).
• Drive uptime, MTTR, MTBF, and first-time fix performance metrics.
• Coordinate maintenance, parts, and tooling to meet regional SLAs.
• Partner with Engineering to implement systemic fixes from RCA findings.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety in field operations.
• Maintain customer relationships and represent Bedrock professionally.
