Job summary

Bedrock Robotics is seeking a Fleet Operations Regional Manager for the Central Region to lead the performance, reliability, and operational excellence of our deployed robot fleet across multiple states centered in Dallas, TX. You’ll manage a geographically distributed team of Fleet Technicians, own uptime metrics, and serve as the primary operational owner between Bedrock and our partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in field service or fleet ops with supervisory experience.
• Experience managing geographically distributed teams.
• Hands-on electromechanical background in robotics or heavy equipment.
• Proven track record on uptime, MTTR, MTBF.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Own regional fleet uptime, MTTR, MTBF, and first-time fix rate.
• Lead a distributed team of Fleet Technicians across multiple states.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Safety, and Customer Success to resolve issues.
• Manage regional parts and tooling inventory to meet SLA.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and site-specific rules.
