Job summary

Bunzl seeks a Senior Manager, Regional EHS to provide leadership and expert EHS guidance across multiple sites. You will coach regional EHS managers, drive program execution, and partner with operations to ensure regulatory compliance and risk reduction.

You will oversee field support, incident investigations, and continuous improvement while traveling up to 30% within the US, Canada, and Mexico. This role requires proven leadership and a strong safety background.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or related discipline.
7+ years of progressive EHS experience.
Experience supervising EHS professionals.
Strong knowledge of applicable occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Willingness to travel 30% (domestic).
Ability to influence operational leaders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

Provide EHS support and guidance to assigned facilities and operational leaders.
Directly supervise assigned Regional EHS Managers.
Coach and develop Regional EHS Managers to strengthen technical capability and field effectiveness.
Support implementation of established EHS programs, standards, and priorities.
Identify hazards, evaluate risk, and develop corrective actions with operational leaders.
Coordinate field coverage and workload across Regional EHS resources.
Drive continuous improvement and share best practices across regions.
