Air Products is seeking an experienced North Subregion EHS Manager to lead a regional team across 75+ sites in the Northern US and Eastern Canada. You will drive safety strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with site leadership to improve performance while managing audits, training, and corrective actions.

The role requires an engineering or technical degree with EHS credentials, 7+ years of field experience, and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Engineering, occupational health and safety degree required.
• CSP/ASP or equivalent safety certification preferred.
• Minimum 7+ years of field safety and EHS management experience.

Responsabilités

• Drive safety culture across the region to reduce injuries and incidents.
• Provide strategic problem-solving on complex EHS, compliance, and operations.
• Develop and execute regional EHS strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Ensure completion of EHS programs and manage audits and corrective actions.
• Investigate and mitigate EHS and driver safety risks with proper CAPA.
• Lead and mentor a team of EHS, driver safety professionals.
