Job summary

Beeline Medicines is seeking a senior leader to direct field-based Clinical Engagement Leads across Europe and Asia. You will drive investigator relationships, site activation strategies, and enrollment performance while coaching and developing a high-performing team.

You will collaborate with Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, and HR to ensure staffing, training, and policy alignment. Expect extensive travel and strategic field leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in scientific discipline; MS/MPH preferred.
• 10+ years in clinical operations, development, or field-based engagement roles.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience.
• Experience leading field-based or matrixed teams and managing investigator relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day people leadership for a team of Clinical Engagement Leads.
• Translate clinical program goals into team objectives for investigator identification and enrollment.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop Clinical Engagement Lead talent with HR and Clinical Ops leadership.
• Review site engagement plans and feasibility with strategic input on activation timelines.
