Job summary

Beeline Medicines in the United States seeks a senior Clinical Engagement Lead to build and manage investigator and site relationships globally, supporting its I&I portfolio. The role requires strong scientific credibility, field intelligence, and independent operation across a broad geography.

The position is field-based with regular travel; you will engage with researchers, enable site initiation, and collaborate with Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams to optimize

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in scientific or related discipline required. Advanced degree preferred (MS/MPH).
• 8+ years of experience in clinical development, clinical operations, or field‑based engagement.
• Experience in immunology, inflammation, or related therapeutic areas preferred.
• Experience collaborating with CROs, investigative sites, and field medical teams.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and FDA regulations governing investigator interactions.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage investigator/site relationships across regions, engaging principal investigators and academic centers.
• Lead site identification and feasibility activities for clinical trials and provide recommendations on site activation.
• Serve as primary clinical liaison to investigators, supporting protocol discussions and site initiation.
• Support trial enrollment/retention at regional sites and communicate landscape intelligence to internal teams.
• Partner with Medical Affairs MSLs to align scientific engagement activities at investigator level.
• Represent Beeline at scientific meetings, investigator symposia, and site visits.
• Develop and implement site engagement strategies to improve start‑up, enrollment, and retention.
