• Experience as CRA is preferred

• Leads regional clinical operations team and external vendors
• Ensures regional study milestones and timelines are met
• Manages feasibility, country allocation and site selection in region
• Maintains inspection readiness and quality across studies
• Collaborates with CST and regional stakeholders to update global plans
