Wise is expanding its CRM team and hiring a Senior Regional CRM owner to drive Wise Business growth across North America and Latin America. The role focuses on acquisition and conquest, helping businesses discover Wise and understand the value of switching from existing providers to active customers.

You will partner with Sales and regional Marketing, including ATL and Brand teams, to build a repeatable lead pipeline and an end-to-end CRM program.

Formación

• 5+ years CRM or lifecycle marketing experience, including B2B acquisition or nurture programmes with measurable commercial outcomes and clear personal ownership.

• Own a prioritised regional B2B CRM roadmap, balancing acquisition, onboarding and activation with longer‑term customer value.
