• Supervise Project Schedulers and ensure project timelines are met.
• Develop and maintain program schedules for construction projects.
• Perform Critical Path and Earned Value analysis.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Superior organizational and planning skills

Understanding of cost engineering and scheduling practices

Education

Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering or construction management
