Job summary

Mapletree is seeking a Senior Regional Construction Manager based in Chicago to lead a team of construction coordinators and drive capital projects across a portfolio of assets. The role partners with Asset Management, Finance, and Procurement to ensure timely delivery of TI, Make Ready and CapEx initiatives, while maintaining landlord/tenant obligations.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in project/construction management and leadership, with strong knowledge of building systems and experience

The Role

This position, located in Chicago, works closely with Asset Management, Property Management, Finance, and Procurement to lead technical project execution and drive operational excellence across a portfolio of assets. The role oversees third-party resources and internal construction coordinators to ensure successful delivery of capital projects aligned with investment objectives.

Job Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

Compensation Data

The annual base compensation range for this role sits between: $160,000 - $175,000

This range is representative of the starting base salaries for this role at Mapletree. Compensation offers are based on a wide range of factors including previous work experience, specific industry experience, relevant skills, training and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.In addition to salary and a competitive employee benefits package, candidates may also be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
