Metric Geo are currently partnered with one of the leading General Contractors in Chicago, hiring for an experienced Project Manager/Construction Executive to lead their team.

Our client has a strong reputation in the industry for delivering high-tech, MEP intensive projects across a diverse range of verticals including Mission Critical, MEP Infrastructure & Tenant Improvement.

You will be tasked with leading the division and will have autonomy to use your expertise to develop the division.

The opportunity is incredibly exciting as the client has a stellar reputation for delivering excellence on their projects, and a strong, experienced leadership team.

Suitable candidates will have the following experience:

• Leadership experience construction projects in Chicago.
• Existing book of business within Chicago.
• Experience building teams.
• Prior experience with General Contractors.

Salary range is dependent on experience, however you will receive a competitive total compensation package, plus a profit-sharing bonus well-above industry average.
