Role Description

This is a full-time on-site residential construction manager located in the Greater Chicago Area. The Construction Manager will oversee daily operations, including project planning, coordinating with trade contractors, supervising construction activities, ensuring safety compliance, and managing project budgets. The role involves liaising with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired standards.
