Ladders is seeking a Senior Manager, Regional Continuous Improvement to shape and scale CI across multiple manufacturing facilities. You will lead lean initiatives, partner with plant leadership, and drive measurable performance gains through coaching and hands‑on leadership.

Remote in the United States, travel up to 50% is required. The role offers $130,000–$180,000 annually with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to develop capability across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of continuous improvement experience in manufacturing.
• Proven experience leading Kaizen events and training.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate insights.
• Excellent communication skills for coaching and influencing.
• Financial acumen to analyze performance data.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Deploy the company's operational excellence system in alignment with business goals.
• Implement operational excellence principles across facilities to support cultural transformation.
• Lead and coach Kaizen events to improve performance.
• Conduct regular lean exercises, including Gemba walks, to reinforce customer commitment.
• Develop value stream maps to track performance and set improvement targets.
• Deliver hands‑on continuous improvement training across functional areas.
• Create and sustain a productivity funnel to identify cost savings.
