Job summary

Philip Morris International (PMI) U.S. is seeking a Regional Account Support Sr. Specialist to provide analytical and strategic support to the sales organization within the Swedish Match affiliate.

You will analyze sales performance, identify trends, and deliver insights to optimize sales efforts and drive revenue growth. This hybrid role partners with Account Managers, Directors, and other stakeholders, develops reports, supports customer planning, and helps execute promotional initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, marketing, or related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights.
• Evaluate promotions and campaigns and adjust based on performance.
• Partner with Account Managers to identify client needs and growth opportunities.
• Develop and present reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to support strategy.
• Lead planning and optimization of promotional initiatives and loyalty programs.
• Evaluate pricing/promotions to maximize ROI.
• Foster collaboration and drive growth through insights.
