Qualifications

• Ability to influence executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute national account strategies to drive revenue, profitability, market share, and volume growth.
• Build and maintain executive-level customer relationships.
• Identify growth opportunities across distribution, merchandising, category management, and promotions.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply, and Field teams.
• Analyze data to generate insights and recommendations.
• Manage investments, trade funds, and promotional budgets to maximize ROI.
• Monitor performance, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Coach and lead direct reports to achieve objectives.
• Ensure alignment between customer strategy and field execution.
