Job summary

Global Roles is seeking a Senior Case Management Specialist to support refugees and other eligible populations in Seattle. The role focuses on advanced case management, coordinating multidisciplinary interventions, and guiding program staff within PRIME services.

You will mentor teams, ensure quality assurance, manage complex cases, and assist clients in accessing benefits and services while maintaining thorough documentation and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Social Work or equivalent; substitution allowed.
• 2–3 years in social services, humanitarian relief, or non-profit environments.
• Experience handling multiple priorities and deadlines in fast-paced settings.
• Strong communication in multi-cultural contexts.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of participants with complex needs, including survivors of domestic violence and refugees.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop service strategies.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary interventions with internal teams and external providers.
• Lead high-priority or escalated cases as the lead case manager.
• Assist participants with applications for benefits and essential services.
• Document all interactions in the tracking system and ensure compliance.
