Qualifications

• Licensed Refrigeration Engineer with 15+ years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial/industrial refrigeration systems, controls, energy analysis, and codes.
• Ability to mentor designers and engineers and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Refrigeration discipline, aligning with PDE and firm vision.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure delivery quality.
• Promote OneHFA collaboration across disciplines and client relationships.
• Drive development paths for team leads and engineers and maintain technical quality.
