Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 10+ years of PM experience in refining/oil and gas.
• Experience leading FEL, gate reviews, and project execution plans.
• On-site refinery operations experience with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects from concept to closeout ensuring safety, quality, and budget goals.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Procurement, and Contractors.
• Develop and manage project schedules, cost control, and KPI tracking.
• Oversee contractor selection, bid reviews, and contract administration.
