Job summary

Belcan is seeking an experienced Project Manager IV in Old Ocean, TX to lead capital projects in refining and petrochemical environments. Immediate start; 12-month assignment; on-site collaboration with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Procurement, and Contractors.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Engineering with 10+ years of PM experience, FELs, gate reviews, CPM scheduling, cost control, risk management, and a proven track record delivering projects safely, on time, and within

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of Project Management in refining/oil & gas.
• Experience with FEL, stage-gate reviews, and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects from concept through closeout.
• Oversee FEL development, gate reviews, and execution plans.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Procurement.
• Develop and track KPIs; ensure QA/QC and safety compliance.
• Control scope, schedule, cost, and risk; manage contractors.
• Deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
