Belcan seeks an experienced Engineering and Project Management professional with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and 10+ years of capital project leadership in refining, petrochemical, oil, and gas environments. The role requires coordinating with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Procurement, Contractors, and leadership to deliver projects through the full lifecycle.

Experience in FEL, stage-gate reviews, Project Execution Plans, risk management, cost control, and KPI tracking is

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
10+ years of Project Management experience in refining, petrochemical, oil, and gas industries.
5+ years as a Project Manager with sole accountability for project delivery.
Expertise in FEL development, gate reviews, and management approval processes.
Development and execution of Project Execution Plans.
Capital project planning, design, execution, commissioning, and closeout.
Cost estimating, budget management, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.
Schedule development, monitoring, and performance management.
Contracting strategy and contract administration.
Vendor, fabricator and contractor management.

Responsabilités

Lead capital projects from concept through completion.
Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Procurement, Contractors, and Leadership.
Oversee project scope, safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives.
Interface with refinery stakeholders to secure input and alignment.
Develop KPIs and monitor project performance.
