Job summary

Labcorp in Holyoke, MA is seeking a Senior Reference Test Clerk to join our team. You will act as a liaison between reference testing labs, clients, and patients, and you will transcribe reports and prepare specimens for analysis.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and good communication skills. Monday–Friday with rotating weekends and shift differential opportunities. Pay is $20.75–$24.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3 months or more of specimen processing experience preferred.
• 3 months or more of medical or laboratory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between reference testing labs, clients and patients.
• Resolve customer requests via calls, chat, and email.
• Communicate with customers in a respectful and professional manner.
• Research complex issues across multiple databases and provide information.
• Transcribe reports from reference labs into Labcorp systems.
• Prepare and triage specimens for analysis and labeling.
