Job summary

Gastineau Human Services Corporation is seeking a REENTRY CASE MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR in Juneau, AK. The role oversees the Juno House transitional housing program, supervises Reentry Case Managers and provides hands-on caseload support as needed.

The position is full-time, non-exempt and eligible for overtime. Remote work is not expected; occasional exceptions require written approval. The incumbent will help ensure confidentiality, compliance with DOC standards and effective service delivery.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a related setting is required.
• Experience delivering case management services in community residential settings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, 42 CFR part 2, and confidentiality policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Juno House transitional housing program and supervises Reentry Case Managers.
• Ensures timely, accurate documentation and data entry into HMIS and internal systems.
• Develops training plans and conducts staff performance reviews.
• Ensures compliance with DOC, ADOC, and program requirements.
