Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or science field; Master’s/PhD preferred.
• 10–15 years in industrial or applied R&D for electrolytic systems or electrochemical processes.
• Proven expertise in electrodeposition, electrowinning, or electrorefining.

Responsibilities

• Lead R&D program focused on electrolytic cell design for rare earth deposition.
• Develop and optimize cell chemistry, electrolytes, additives, and operating parameters.
• Evaluate materials, coatings, membranes, and corrosion-resistant components.
• Design testing programs: CV, EIS, polarization, deposition characterization.
• Define roadmaps and collaborate with external partners as needed.
