Job summary

Nth Cycle seeks a highly skilled REE Cell Technical Lead to drive testing and optimization of electrochemical cells for metal leaching and recovery from waste streams and ores. You will own cell development for next‑generation electrolyzers, producing high‑purity metals with by-products like chlorine or hydrochloric acid.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 10–15 years in industrial or applied R&D in electrochemical areas.
• Strong background in electrodeposition, electrowinning, or electrochemical materials development.
• Deep knowledge of corrosion, mass transfer, and transport phenomena.

Responsibilities

• Define R&D roadmaps and experimental programs aligned with business strategy.
• Lead electrochemical testing programs including CV, polarization, and EIS.
• Oversee cell design, materials selection, and process optimization for REE recovery.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and patent disclosures.
• Collaborate with external research institutions and partners.
