Job summary

DLH Corporation seeks a Senior Data Manager/REDCap programmer to design, implement, and maintain REDCap databases for federally funded and commercial studies. You will collaborate with data managers, epidemiologists, and operations staff to build scalable data collection systems, automate workflows, and ensure data quality.

You will lead complex REDCap projects, integrate EDC with external systems via APIs/ETL, and contribute to QA/QC, validation, and UAT activities while mentoring junior staff

Qualifications

5+ years leading EDC development (REDCap/REDCap Cloud/OpenClinica) including admin, design, QA, and UAT.

Responsibilities

Design advanced REDCap databases with longitudinal projects and complex logic.
Develop and maintain REDCap integrations via APIs and ETL processes.
Create data validation rules and dashboards to ensure data integrity.
Operationalize data collection workflows per study protocols.
Produce reports for monitoring and stakeholders.
Perform QC, validation, and testing of data collection systems.
Stay updated on new EDC features and API modules.
Mentor junior staff on database design and programming.
