DirectViz Solutions, LLC (DVS) is seeking a highly skilled Red Team Penetration Tester IV to join our elite cybersecurity team in Dahlgren, VA. The role requires extensive offensive cyber operations experience and advanced tool development.

Active TS/SCI clearance or higher is required. You will conduct advanced penetration tests, emulate adversary TTPs, and collaborate with blue teams to strengthen our government clients' security posture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT/CS/Eng or related field.
• 10+ years in penetration testing or offensive cyber operations.
• Active TS/SCI clearance or higher required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced penetration tests and emulate sophisticated attacker TTPs.
• Develop and utilize custom tools/frameworks for red team operations.
• Mimic threat behavior and simulate realistic cyber-attack scenarios.
• Exploit vulnerabilities across Linux/Windows/macOS.
• Perform Active Directory enumeration and exploitation.
• Exploit development and tool gap analysis for red team.
• Collaborate with blue teams to communicate findings and mitigation steps.
• Script and program in multiple languages to support offensive ops.
