Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman is seeking a Senior Cyber Red Team Operator to join our growing team in Boston, Philadelphia, or Jersey City. You will simulate advanced adversaries through red team operations, adversary emulation, penetration testing, and purple team exercises to strengthen BBH's security posture across enterprise infrastructure, cloud, and applications.

As a senior member, you will shape offensive security strategy, mentor teammates, collaborate with security and technology

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in information security with offensive security focus.
• Experience planning enterprise red team engagements and multi-stage attacks.
• Deep understanding of attacker methods including MITRE ATT&CK and privilege escalation.
• Experience testing Windows, Linux, Active Directory, cloud, networks, and apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead red team engagements and adversary emulation exercises.
• Develop and execute offensive security assessments across network, cloud, identity, and applications.
• Prepare detailed risk reports and remediation guidance for executives.
• Mentor junior operators and contribute to Red Team methodologies.
• Coordinate testing with security and technology stakeholders.
• Research evolving threats and refine attack simulations.
