U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Red Team Operator to lead advanced adversarial simulations and threat emulation across enterprise systems, cloud environments, and physical security controls.

The role requires mentoring junior operators, developing custom capabilities, and partnering with security and business stakeholders to enhance detection, response, and risk management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years information security experience.
• 7+ years offensive security, penetration testing, or Red Team operations.
• Demonstrated experience leading Red Team engagements, threat emulation exercises, and adversarial simulations.
• Advanced expertise in exploit development, custom payload creation, and attack automation.
• Experience with offensive security frameworks such as Cobalt Strike, Metasploit, Mythic, Sliver.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute advanced threat emulation, Red Team, and adversarial simulations.
• Conduct offensive security assessments across enterprise networks, applications, cloud, infrastructure, and physical security controls.
• Develop custom tools, payloads, exploits, and automation for Red Team operations.
• Research emerging threats and attacker methodologies.
• Design multi-stage attack scenarios to test security controls and incident response.
• Produce executive and technical reports detailing attack chains, risk, and remediation.
