Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Red Team Operator to lead advanced offensive security operations, conducting threat emulation across enterprise systems, cloud environments, and physical security controls.

You will mentor teammates, develop custom capabilities, and partner with stakeholders to strengthen detection, response, and risk management. You will design multi-stage attack scenarios, produce executive reports, and drive continuous improvement in offensive security tradecraft.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years experience in information security.
• Experience leading Red Team engagements in complex enterprise environments.
• Advanced exploit development and payload creation.
• Experience with Cobalt Strike, Metasploit, Mythic, Sliver.
• Proficient in Python, PowerShell, C/C++, C#, Go, Shell.
• Strong communication for leadership and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead threat emulation and adversarial simulations.
• Develop custom tools and automation for Red Team operations.
• Research threats and attack techniques to improve capabilities.
• Design multi-stage attack scenarios to test controls.
• Produce executive and technical reports on attack chains and risk.
• Mentor junior operators and drive standards.
• Lead purple team engagements to validate detection coverage.
• Drive automation and process improvements.
