Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) is seeking a Senior Cyber Red Team Operator to strengthen the firm’s cyber resilience. You will simulate real adversaries through advanced red team operations, adversary emulation, and purple team exercises across cloud, applications, and identity platforms.

You’ll shape offensive security strategy, mentor junior operators, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive measurable security improvements.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Information Security or equivalent.
• Experience planning and executing enterprise-scale red team engagements.
• Understanding attacker methodologies, privilege escalation, lateral movement, and C2.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement Red Team Operating Standard and Rules of Engagement.
• Lead red team engagements, adversary emulation, and offensive security assessments.
• Prepare reports to facilitate mitigations and improve BBH security posture.
• Mentor team members and contribute to Red Team methodologies.
