Job summary

Whole Person Care Clinic in Sacramento seeks an experienced Recuperative Care Operations Manager to lead the program and ensure high-quality client services across the site.

You will supervise interdisciplinary teams, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and funding requirements, while coordinating with hospitals, shelters, and community partners to improve recovery outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, healthcare administration, social work, or related field.
• 4–6 years in healthcare operations or program management.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire; valid CA driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for recuperative care program and align activities with WPCC goals.
• Oversee budgets, expenses, and fiscal accountability with leadership and finance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and contract requirements across site.
• Supervise interdisciplinary staff and coordinate client care and service delivery.
• Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and capacity management.
