Job summary

Balance Health, a premier lower-extremity focused care network, is seeking a Regional Operations Manager for the Sacramento region. The role leads clinic operations, builds strong teams, and drives disciplined execution to fuel rapid growth.

You will oversee Clinical, Patient Services, Operations and Call Center functions, implement enterprise-wide initiatives, and travel to East Bay sites to ensure consistent standards and exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on field leadership in a large, multi-site healthcare environment.
• Experience in practice acquisitions and integrations.
• Strong project management, highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to lead managers and staff across clinical, patient services and operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead local operational functions and teams.
• Plan and monitor day-to-day clinic operations.
• Provide leadership and support to Clinical, Patient Services, Operations and Call Center.
• Maximize efficiency through process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration.
• Oversee customer service processes and organize to enhance service.
• Partner with VP to integrate acquired clinics.
• Drive performance against metrics and financial targets.
• Support multi-location lease negotiations as needed.
• Travel regularly to East Bay clinics; develop and evaluate staff performance.
