Balance Health is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to shape the strategic direction of podiatric clinic operations across the Sacramento region, driving growth and operational excellence. The role requires hands-on leadership across Clinical, Patient Services, Operations, and Call Center functions.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in multi-site healthcare environments, with the ability to execute enterprise-wide initiatives, manage teams, and travel to clinics

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on field leadership experience in a multi-site environment, preferably healthcare.
• Experience leading teams across multiple clinics or sites.
• Ability to implement strategic initiatives and manage enterprise-wide programs.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and scale a field organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead local operational functions and teams across the Sacramento region.
• Plan and monitor day-to-day clinic operations for efficiency.
• Provide leadership across Clinical, Patient Services, Operations, and Call Center.
• Drive performance using defined metrics and financial targets.
• Support multi-location lease negotiations and clinic integrations.
