This is an opportunity for an experienced recruitment consultant with 2 years or more of recruitment experience, who wants to join a global, high performing company where you will get the support and development to excel your recruitment career. You will have a clear path of progression in this role, either as an individual contributor or to management

This is an opportunity for someone with an entrepreneurial drive to join a start up office and be a part of the high performing team of Investigo Philadelphia. While the Philadelphia office is in growth mode where this is a unique opportunity, as you will have the backing of a global organisation that has successfully build 5 new offices from the ground up over the last 5 years.

The Role:

This is a full desk role where you will be handing the entire candidate life cycle from initial contact to aftercare. You will have the support and guidance of a successful Technology Recruitment Manager.

Over all you will be focused on delivering timely, ongoing performance with energy, taking accountability for the right outcomes. This includes:

• Candidate identification and interviews
• Advising and feeding back to candidates
• Market mapping of specific candidate pools and head hunting from these
• Lead generation through relationship building
• Communicating with clarity, conviction and enthusiasm, supporting principles of fairness of opportunity for

What we are looking for:

This role is suited to a recruitment consultant with 2 years or more of recruitment experience, ideally with experience in recruiting into technology markets.

• Have experience in communicating with people in a professional setting
• Ideally you will have 2 years or more of recruitment experience, ideally within technology recruitment
• Driven and motivated to work in a fast paced environment
• You want to be a part of a high performing agency that is culture lead and values every single member of the team
• Have excellent communication and level of professionalism

You will begin your role with Investigo with full end to end recruitment training to develop on your already established knowledge. You will have the support of your team and our learning and development function. This includes:

• 121 training with your team and manager
• In person, bespoke training programmes to your desk and area you recruit into
• Online models to bolster your learning
