Location: Downtown Chicago, IL - The Loop

Salary: $45,000 base salary + uncapped commission (Average 1st Year OTE: $75-85k)

Phaidon International is hiring Entry-Level Recruitment Consultants to join our growing Chicago team across our specialist brands: Selby Jennings, EPM Scientific, Larson Maddox, and DSJ Global. You'll be matched with the team that best fits your interests and strengths during the interview process.

What You'll Do:

You'll develop your network, maintain long-term partnerships, and establish yourself as an expert in your market by doing these core recruitment functions:

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions
• Candidate Generation: Identify top talent through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from the first interview to negotiating offers and closing placements
• Market Research & Strategy: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide clients and candidates with valuable
