About the Opportunity

An established global recruitment firm is looking for a driven, commercially minded Recruiter to join its growing team. This is a full-desk, 360 recruitment role where you will own the entire recruitment process, from developing new client relationships and winning business to sourcing candidates, managing interviews, negotiating offers, and closing placements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Proactively identify, contact, and win new clients through cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, and targeted market research.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build relationships with hiring managers and business leaders, understand their hiring needs, and position recruitment solutions that add value to their business.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from securing new vacancies and conducting client intake meetings to sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and closing placements.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify, approach, screen, and qualify candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
  • Account Management: Develop existing client relationships, identify additional hiring needs, and generate repeat business through consistent delivery and service.
  • Market Development: Build expertise within a specialized industry or geographic market, identifying key employers, talent pools, competitors, and emerging hiring trends.
  • Interview and Offer Management: Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, manage candidate expectations, negotiate compensation, and facilitate successful placements.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an active pipeline of prospective clients, qualified candidates, and live vacancies while managing multiple searches simultaneously.
  • Commercial Performance: Work toward individual business development, placement, revenue, and activity targets while building a sustainable and profitable recruitment desk.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Previous experience in recruitment, sales, business development, or another commercially focused role. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to conduct proactive business development and engage new prospects. A self-motivated, resilient approach with the ability to work toward individual targets. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage client and candidate relationships simultaneously. Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities to grow a client portfolio. A consultative mindset focused on building long-term relationships rather than simply filling vacancies.

Career Development and Opportunity

Structured training and ongoing professional development, with the opportunity to build and manage your own client portfolio and candidate network. Exposure to senior decision-makers and established businesses across a specialized market. Clear progression opportunities into senior consultant, management, and leadership positions. The ability to develop expertise across sales, negotiation, account management, and talent advisory within a performance-driven environment where individual contribution and business results are recognized.
