Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Recruiting in West Chester, PA to lead and scale its recruiting function as the organization grows nationally.

You will partner with senior leadership and the C-Suite to develop recruiting strategy, strengthen talent acquisition processes, and build a high-performing recruiting organization. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of recruiting experience, strong executive presence, and the ability to operate strategically while staying

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 10+ years of progressive recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Leadership experience in recruiting/talent acquisition.
• Strategic mindset with ability to partner with C-Suite.
• Experience with modern sourcing, interviewing, and analytics.
• Workday experience is a big plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with the organization's growth objectives.
• Lead and develop recruiting professionals while establishing clear goals, processes, and performance expectations.
• Partner with executive and business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective talent strategies.
• Oversee recruiting processes from sourcing through offer and onboarding, ensuring a consistent and high-quality candidate experience.
• Develop recruiting metrics and reporting to measure performance, identify trends, and improve results.
• Strengthen sourcing strategies, recruiting processes, systems, and employer branding initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on talent acquisition, workforce planning, and recruiting strategy.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency through technology, automation, and data-driven processes.
• Help build scalable recruiting infrastructure to support continued organizational growth.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance recruiting culture and develop team members for continued advancement.
