Responsibilities

• Independently manage full life-cycle executive searches from intake to onboarding.
• Partner with executives, HRBP, and search firms to define mandates and strategy.
• Maintain confidential, high-touch candidate experiences for executive roles.
• Proactively engage with executives to expand the passive talent network.
• Map the executive talent landscape and monitor compensation trends.
• Advise on offer construction and negotiation with senior leaders.
• Train and coach recruiters on competitive intelligence and market mapping.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to cover concurrent searches.
