Cesna-Recruitment is seeking a Recruiting Senior Specialist/Manager in New Jersey to own the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through offers. You will lead, mentor, and collaborate with hiring managers across functions and locations to deliver top talent.

The role requires 5+ years in recruiting with senior leadership exposure, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to drive strategy in a fast-paced environment. On-site NJ role with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in recruiting, with leadership experience
• Expert in internet sourcing, candidate research, cold calling
• Experience hiring for high-volume and technical/leadership roles
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proven leadership and results-oriented problem solving
• Experience in fast-growth, mission-driven environments
• Proven ability to drive recruiting innovation

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting process from sourcing to offer
• Promote the company as an employer of choice and extend offers
• Build relationships with applicants as main contact
• Align recruiting strategy with business objectives
• Manage requisitions across functions and locations
• Advise Hiring Managers on solutions and timing
• Develop sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates
• Be a brand ambassador promoting our mission and values
• Provide market intelligence relevant to Talent Acquisition
• Contribute to the design of the Company Talent Acquisition strategy
• Utilize recruitment HR systems (UKG) effectively
• Build a network of talent through multiple channels
