Job summary

Centre for Effective Altruism is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to join the recruiting team. This senior individual contributor will own full-cycle hiring end-to-end, take on team-wide recruiting projects with significant autonomy, and help coach and develop other members of the recruiting team.

You will report to the Recruiting Manager and work closely with hiring managers across the organization to move roles from opening to offer.
