Job summary

Endeavour Infrastructure is seeking a contract Recruiting Coordinator to join the HR Team from October 2026 to April 2027, reporting to the Director of Talent. The role focuses on full-cycle recruiting, coordinating with external recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.

You will manage scheduling across time zones, arrange candidate travel, and maintain interview workflows in Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter, while supporting ad-hoc duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Full-Cycle Recruiting, Including initial candidate screening interviews via video or phone.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter required.
• Experience with Greenhouse preferred.
• Experience with handling communications over multiple time zones preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Outlook, Word, and Teams.
• Proficient with Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Support HR with full-cycle recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes.
• Managing the recruiting process with LinkedIn Recruiter and other career site platforms.
• Maintaining the candidate interview process utilizing Greenhouse.
• Gathering interview availability for candidates and internal managers.
• Arranging travel, including flights, transportation, and lodging accommodations for candidates.
• Overseeing the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for all candidates.
• Assisting with ad-hoc duties as needed.
