Job summary

Centre for Effective Altruism is seeking a senior recruiting specialist to own full-cycle hiring for a growing, mission-driven organization. You will source candidates, screen applications, coordinate interviews, and guide offers, driving a streamlined process across teams.

You will lead team-wide recruiting projects, coach hiring managers and new recruiters, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-growing org.
• Experience coaching hiring managers and recruiters.
• Strong collaboration and process-improvement mindset.
