Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Recruiter for Business Development to own full-cycle recruiting across BD, Government Relations, and Program Management in the Seattle area. You will partner with hiring managers, shaping talent strategy and delivering top-tier candidates for critical defense programs.

Formación

• 5–8+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Direct experience recruiting within business development, government relations, program management, or adjacent growth functions — ideally in defense, aerospace, or national security.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent searches across different functional areas while maintaining quality and candidate experience.
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to advise, calibrate, and build trust with hiring managers across levels.
• Data-informed mindset: track pipeline metrics, use conversion data, and present market intelligence to influence decisions.
• Clear, effective communication with candidates and hiring teams across BD disciplines.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end recruiting across Business Development, Government Relations, and Program Management, with flex capacity into adjacent Growth hiring during peak periods.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to each sub-function with market-context awareness.
• Conduct screens that assess depth, knowledge, and fit, calibrating proof points per search.
• Manage the interview process from intake through close: calibrate with hiring managers, prepare panels, facilitate debriefs, and drive offers to signature.
