Qualifications

• Independent time management and prioritization under deadlines.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication; local language may be required.
• Proficient in MS Office, ATS, and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate requisitions in Workday HRIS for recruiting teams.
• Finalize job requisitions and post roles in ATS.
• Manage interview scheduling and candidate travel logistics; ensure SLA adherence.
• Oversee end-to-end hiring process and onboarding documentation.
• Utilize ServiceNow/HrHN ticketing for inquiries and tasks.
• Monitor metrics (volume, cycle times, SLA) and report insights for process improvement.
• Participate in training, UAT, and ad-hoc projects.
