Responsibilities

• Manage approximately 35-40 open professional-level requisitions.
• Lead intake meetings with HR partners and hiring managers to set strategies.
• Facilitate candidate calibration and debrief meetings with multiple interviewers.
• Review interview feedback to drive objective hiring decisions.
• Guide stakeholders through evaluation discussions and build consensus.
• Represent candidates professionally throughout the process.
• Manage escalations and provide updates and market insights.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS and ensure a positive experience.
