Sanctuary Recovery Centers in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a motivated Behavioral Health Recruiter to source, screen, and onboard qualified candidates for behavioral health and substance use treatment programs.

You'll manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical, medical, administrative, and support roles, post advertisements, build candidate pipelines, and coordinate interviews and onboarding while tracking hiring metrics.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Healthcare Administration, Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred.
• Minimum one year of recruiting or HR experience.
• Experience recruiting for behavioral health or healthcare roles preferred.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and online recruiting platforms preferred.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.

Aufgaben

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical, medical, behavioral health, administrative, and support positions.
• Create and post job advertisements across multiple recruitment platforms.
• Source and engage candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, community partnerships, and referral programs.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring manager interviews.
• Maintain candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill positions.
• Conduct reference checks and assist with pre-employment screening processes.
• Coordinate and support new hire onboarding activities.
• Track recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, applicant flow, and hiring outcomes.
• Attend career fairs, hiring events, college recruitment activities, and community outreach events.
• Partner with leadership to identify workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Maintain applicant records and ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies.
• Provide exceptional candidate and hiring manager customer service throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
